Yes Khushi is a private person and wouldnot have discussed this with anyone. Ofcourse Akash may or may not have guessed about her interest

Hmm yes. Khushi has come into this marriage with a lot of misconceptions. It is like when a cup Is full, if you try to add more water, its just going to fall off. She needs to empty her heart and mind of the preconceived notions to understand her husband and make the marriage work. IT will take a long time for her and I am sure we will there with Arhi every step of the way learning about this journey to love

Garima would have asked a fair question to Manohar for Akash is their first born. Garima desperately wanted Arnav to marry Khushi. She may not have anything against Akash per se but knows that he will never go against Priya. Unlike Arnav, Akash would never defend Khushi against Priya. He would choose his mom over Khushi any day unless he was really head over heels in love with his wife.

From Khushi Garima convo it appears that Khushi has a crush on Akash for years, from the time she joined Kapoors. Had Akash felt something for Khushi, he would never have remained on the background when Manohar was taking Arnav's proposal for Khushi.

It is possible that Manohar may not have actually worded anything about Akash's lack of interest in marriage but Garima would have brought this point home to Khushi because she wanted what was best for her daughter. A secure marriage where she had a husband who genuinely loved her, support of a good Father in Law, security of a good career ahead with no objections to helping her family financially.

Even if Garima lied about this to Khushi, from Akash's non intrusive behaviour at the engagement, it felt that he was ok with Khushi getting married to Arnav and wasn't ready to to anything.

Now if Akash really had any feelings for Khushi, he may have kept quiet (1) for Priya because she was against this match (2) For Manohar because he must have felt getting Arnav married to Khushi may pave a way for better understanding between Arnav and Khushi.

I feel for Khushi. She really loved Akash. I think he was unaware of her feelings. May be Priya knew it. Don't know what happened there.Was it a misunderstanding ? I can't imagine Arnav's reaction when he comes know about this. And he was into drugs? I'm sure Shyam is the reason. Really want Arnav to know about Shyam's real face. Hope he finds out before it's too late.

Khushi hasn't seen much pain in life unlike Arnav. She will slowly get stronger when she understand the realities of Arnav's life. She has been living in a happy family save for Anju's handicap and Garima's cribbing about Shashi's principles. She hasn't lived a life where she has been betrayed.

The job that she got at Kapoors fell into her lap because of her academic pursuits and because of Shashi's old job with Kapoors. As soon as she joined, she met the Golden Boy Akash the perfect partner any girl would wish for.

I wont say that her life has been a bed of roses, for she has slogged hard to make a living. But when compared with Arnav, her life was a cakewalk.

To put it more aptly, I would say that, Akash is wordly but wise. Khushi although naive is loyal.

It would have been a fairytale had Akash and Khushi got together.
