Hi Nithya true end of the day when I was done with all these things I spoke to one of my distance relative this girl is younger than me but matured enough, she also face the same at work as its competitive. Right now because of jealousy and negative aura she only communicate to people officially via emails and doesnt talk to anyone at her workplace and even lunch she does it on her own or hit the gym rather than spending her time with fake people. when I silently sit to think its hard to please everyone, misunderstandings are common with anyone and everyone last is do something sincerely and if our effort is not appreciated just move on to do other things. Life is learning process.
