I will not be surprised if Anu targets Prerna first. Prerna betrayed him, she didn't dare tell him the truth until last moment & talked to him as if all was good. It doesn't matter that Prerna requested him to not misunderstand her but that doesn't make sense. You can't go on a self-sacrificial mission & expect other side to understand you. It's gaslighting if you put that burden on other side. Prerna had chances to tell anu the truth but she decided against it for her own skewed reasons.
Not to forget, Prerna will not tell Anu the truth which will be direct indication of the fact that Prerna has betrayed him, add to it Prerna insulting Anu. She also hid the truth about being pregnant.
It's not about true love but Anu being a human behaving like any other person who would behave in the exact same way.
Anu won't be butchered in this case just because he refuses to believe Prerna who herself has given him no reason to trust her & married behind his back when he along with his & her family were waiting for her in the wedding mandap.
Why cant he trust her ? Likr..he will believe that pre was behind bajajs money? Or she wanted revenge from him? How can he believe all this if he knows prerna that well ..he must be a utter fool..he may be wanting to know why prerna did it but not trusting will be taken as his butchering only
