Bad speaking skills? Okay so I think: Deepika definitely needs to learn as she always hesitates to speak anything. Then there's Katrina, she needs to learn Hindi and her diction is main problem.

The ones which instantly pop into my head:

Deepika, Alia, Sonam, Kangana, Janhvi and Ananya.

I have to stop watching their interviews after a few minutes because they're so cringeworthy.

Sushmita, Lara and Sara are also very articulate.

Vidya I feel is very articulate and eloquent. She has a good command of the language and clarity of thought as well.

I just can remember a Vidya Balan's interview n I really liked her speaking skills very much..

One of the major reasons I'd like Vidya and SRK working together is because of the way they speak. Their chemistry would be A+ with good dialogues.

I think the pageant girls all know how to speak well. Their grooming comes in handy. Some of the nepo kids stand out as unpolished, even some of the older ones, because they were never taught to speak or were well educated enough to learn at school.

It's a tie between Alia and Deepika

Maybe Kangana because she doesn’t understand others point of view and she can be intimidating

Or Alia in some videos she says weird things during some promotions and everyone knows her goof up in kwk
