Gautami who is older to him is a fitness freak and always advocates healthy lifestyle so it was baffling for me to see her husband being so lazy and also pompous about his "punjabi" food and drinking habits (I am not generalising punjabi's, he used to boast about them) and make excuses like how his weight and his daughter siya are his lucky charms 😕 thank god he finally realised its not healthy to be so overweight and has made efforts to lose weight for his own health and sanity.

Better late than never. Obesity is one of the major causes for chronic diseases. Good that Kapoor list weight. On acting, if he acts and behaves well then he will get work. If not others, Ekta surely will give him work.

I wish he had done this sooner. He was really hot in monsoon wedding and I'm sure his career graph would have been very different as a slimmer man. But I will say he might not have a gotten the dad roles he's famous for so who knows what he could have done.

He looks good and nice step for health. I remember in his old show he wasn't obese. He had started off this way only. His face hasn't changed. In fact somehow now I can easily imagine him even in some negative kinda role. He has always looked good on screen anyway.
