What I think is....sis is going to lonavala with Arnav where if he might interact and show some concern over other girl she may get jealous and think why is she jealous....then they might develop their story....Arnav seems he's over her....so it might trigger sis' feelings for him.....meanwhile Ruhaan will get to know of mishtu's plan and will try to give her the taste of her own medicine by making her jealous and making her realize that what she's doing is wrong and mishti will finally realize this and sis will realize Arnav is her one true love and Ruhaan was just an infatuation....!
