I didnt want to comment on HR's family but people dont realise that Sunaina has mental issues. No amount of reasoning or logic will work but when said individuals are on a manic self destruction spree, its always the family that has to pick up the pieces.

It's a cycle and they know what's coming. Everyone of the family knows except the individual under consideration who like I said cannot be reasoned with.

If I read her right, I think this is essentially what FF is also trying to say- that a gutter will be a gutter but if people keep walking into it voluntarily, then who do you blame?

It wasn’t actually my intention to criticize or annoy FF though I can see why it came across like that. I was really just trying to say we should not let Kangoli “off the hook” for their actions because Sunaina made bad choices. And honestly I don’t really expect better of the sisters (I still spend about half the time thinking at least one if not both are seriously mentally ill too).

Pretty sure her story goes her father slapped her when she was 16 (so really probably 24 ;) and she told him she would slap him back if he ever hit her again. I take this with a degree of skepticism as with all her stories.

I actually don't understand the interview. Sunaina is against her family cause they didn't let her marry a Muslim guy? But didn't Hritik marry a Muslim too?

And all her arguments seemed to base on the fact that her family doesn't financially support. I get that she has an equal right on her parents earning as Hritik but why would she depend on them for everything including paying her house rent. Isn't she like 40+? Doesn't she earn on her own?

For a tweet like this, I can't support Kangana, though I liked her in many of her interviews.

This is tragic, mental illness/instability devastates entire families (no wonder HR was depressed) Parents of a mentally ill person have a really tough situation, as a parent you do not want to toss them out on their own because you know they will not survive, and keeping them in the family takes a lot of tolerance and hard work because when they are on a rant or crisis they are destructive, physically and emotionally. NO one knows what a hell it is unless they live thru it. Unfortunately society judges or gives opinions without really being part of the solution. There is a lot of stigma associated with it, one reason why families keep quiet about it, and hope to be able to handle it in private. That is the Roshans number one and only mistake, they are a high public profile family, they should not hide what can harm them.

I pray that the Roshan family find a solution and can get peace soon, they deserve it.

As far as the Ranauts are concern they are EVIL people with no moral compass, they are driven by a visceral hatred and a destructive need to be in the lime light, they are uncouth, semi literate and opportunistic scum.

I think Hrithik made a huge mistake in not confronting the Ranauts in a more aggressive manner. They have no class and take politeness and good manners as a sign of weakness and are emboldened by thinking they have an advantage. People like them are typical bullies and a big reason why societies have corruption.

The Ranauts are taking full advantage of a vulnerable person, and I hope that if Sunaina does something radical they are criminally charged.

Comments on some of the previous posts:

Kangana has claimed that her father slapped her and she slapped him back. She has claimed to have had family disputes (so not sure why others having family disputes is such big news for the ranauts)

Sunaina is 47+ years old, she does not "really" work. She has had 2 marriages and several affairs. Has one grown child who has never lived with her (that alone is a big red flag). She has battled serious illness, has had a weight problem for which she had bariatric surgery, has a facial dysmorphia, it is said that she has had self image issues as well as a substance abuse issue, (people who are on medication for whatever motive, should not consume alcohol in any quantity as even small amounts can have negative effects).

Sunaina is supported completely - financially by her family, whom she claims are "over protective" (normal people can guess why they try to protect her), in the past she has gone against the wishes of her family and pursued relationships including marriage that later on proved to be very negative for her. She has also used leverage on her family before when they oppose something she wants, by telling them she will denounce them in public. This time is no different, the one variable is that the Ranauts are taking advantage of her for publicity.

The family needs to wait until she is stable emotionally, and then sever all financial or entitlement ties with her in a very public forum, just so that she is clear and aware that what she has done is not acceptable, even if they have all the money in the world, parents & siblings are not legally bound to financially support a grown person forever, or support them when they are making wrong choices, they do so out of love, but it is not compulsory. Imagine if HR did not have money and was supporting his family as a common laborer, how can a common man support a mentally unstable sibling who demands x, y or z.

Watching Sunaina implode and destroy her filial bond in public is tragic on many levels. Family is the only true support vulnerable people have. If she ever comes to her senses and comes up for air she is going to be feeling extreme shame and guilt, the family should step back and allow her to deal with the consequences of her actions rather than clean up after her like they have been doing. Hard to do but it is the only choice they now have. If she wants independence and "woman power" she needs to be given full freedom to go out in the world and get it on her own.

The claim that the Roshans oppose any relationship because the man is a muslim is a lie, the Ranauts are using that claim to make the accusations even more inflammatory. They are despicable, after all it was kangana who just recently wanted to go personally to the border with Pakistan and "start killing" everyone, as well as sending out disparaging comments on beef eating, in some she eats beef in others she does not, basically you do not know where she stands, but she is always pointing fingers at others on both sides.

Basically the duplicity and hypocrisy of the Ranauts is scandalous and it should be offensive to the rational public in the country. Those who applaud them or encourage the Ranauts are in fact creating a monster.
