He was not that busy during mishti's time either. He always had enough time to spare five minutes for Mishti. But, guess the writer wants to tell, that for Kunal things are different when it comes to Kuhu. So he is subconsciously engaging with her without the help of Uma Patel. 😆 However, they terribly failing at that. All that these two are doing, even on the phone chat is dissing Mishti.😏😏.. Instead of a natural connection, its is looking like two shallow people coming together. What makes it worst for me is Kunal at least values his family. Even with Kuhu, he is ready to let go off his friendship with her, for the sake of family. So even if he is slightly getting inclined towards Kuhu, so far, she for him is as secondary as Mishti was. This Kuhu is refusing to see and unlike Kunal who is sticking to his family like fevicol ka jod, Kuhu is ready to hurt all important people, who genuinely wish good for her,...

I thought before ki he wouldn't harm Kuhu because she hasn't done him wrong but he wont leave any stones unturned in his hatred for Mishti
