If we talk logically, they are not married. They didn't even complete any ritual of marriage except sinddor, sui/dhaga/silayi machine etc have no value. It's just pandit said this is a special muhrat and you are married, it doesn't mean marriage happened. There was time when people used to get married according their respective custom/ religion, those marriages were legal as there were witnesses to prove that those marriages happened as per theirs religious rituals. This pandit cannot even stand in court who claims that only putting sindoor is enough to get married.
It doesn't matter how many times they were married after that incident. It doesn't matter if they were getting married in 'tukde tukde' rituals like sindoor in mandir, mangal sutra in diwali, pheras during holi etc. All rituals are as useless as that dhaga coz Anurag was already married with komo at that time. Pheras, sindoor etc with a married man have no value.
Illogically- They are married. Anurag's marriage with komolika was illegal, he stayed with 2 wives but still he was not bigamist.
Overall, they have deliberately kept loopholes in their marriage to use that as per their requirements. Till yesterday it was legal but tomorrow it will turn illegal. Kasauti dhage kii.
