I think my problem with this whole thread is that YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN. Can we freak out over something after it happens instead of before. Poor prerna is being accused of walking out of her marriage and husband but we don't even know what's actually going to make her take that step. For all we know the next twist is Prerna asking for a divorce from a marriage that was baseless to begin with. We're only accepting that she's married to Anurag because we want to, not because it makes sense or because they're really married. If Komolika and Anurag had been married that way, no one would give a single fuukk about what happened.
Sixer . 😆
Whats the divorce procedure in hindu culture if u arent legally married? Does any1 know?

Uffff! 🤣 why wud anyone need a divorce if they arent married only..first condition for divorce is that u should be legally married ..
I know what everybody is scared of . Prerna tells anurag that i was fooling you with the marriage shit because you broke my heart , and here i go with mr bajaj , i married him. Herez ur dhaga , measure whatever u want with it . She can do that also 😆

U know like in Islamic culture, just 3 times Talaaq word is enough to separate.. so is there anything like that? Not everyone gets married legally right?

Anurag is not gonna fell for that though.. so I dont think they gonna go down that line.. They will somehow invalid AnuPre’s wedding to make Prerna single again..
worst thing is I dont want her to be legally married to Bajaj but wear Anurag’s sindur and magulsutra.. U knw like Tradition & customs wale Pati and Legal wale Pati.. Awful!

Every marriage in hindu religion is LEgAL if its done acc to law. Either a court marriage or a normal wedding with rituals or a temple wedding (there are conditions in this case) . Legally, the court asks for proofs of wedding for it to be proved legal . That is , wedding pics, minimum 2 witnesses , wedding card etc . In case of temple wedding, temple should be allowed to be carried off weddings , 2 witness , priest , and thw priest gives marriage certificate . Weddings are not allowed in every temple . They r selective. Like in gurudwara the couple gets marriage certificate immediately after marriage is complete. So in the court thats valid. Thats legal route.
Couples who do weddings with sindoor etc and consider them married are not married "legally" . They may continue to live as husband wife but in the eyes of law ..no..usually the lady doesnt have a problem livinf with the guy and everybody takes them as husband wife looking at sindoor etc but if someone challenges such a wedding they have to prove and prove has to be legally valid.

Of course they can . And sindoor etc is also not required. Couple stay together in live in ..nobody can ask them not to..its a personal choice...pregnancy has nothing to do with marriage. Marriage certificate in india is required mostly for immigration or court cases. In a population of 125 crores who is keeping a tab on kisne kaise kab kyun shadi ki ya nai ki..except their families and relatives.
