if you are asking me about law then it depends if it is registered or not... it doesnot depend on if he put sindoor or not... because in court marriages their is no sindoor or mangalsutra, we registered our marriage and thats it.

If komo registered the marriage then anu sindoor cannot stop it or nullify it as per law🤣

and if you ask another example my friend got married 10 years back had two kids but never registered her marriage... when after 10 years she and her hubby want to settle out of India, they raised question on their marriage while applying for visa😆 she ran to the temple where they married and got the certificate and registered her marriage to show it legal 😆 funny thing is it not...
