Kaabil made it's money when it had to...China is gravy or the cherry on top if you will, no matter how it does, it is expousure, EXTRA...

it does not make sense at all, just like in our domestic market if a film flops domestically and does well internationally its still considered a flop. now coming to china, its just as simple as that even if it makes a single penny or would u say..anything extra, if its a flop then its a flop.

HR could have sent his better movies there, urrmm may be JA as they want to see indian movies with indian feel

HR or any other artist sending his last movie or most up to date movie makes more sense than sending movies from 10 or 15 years ago, simply because of technology, if people get interested in him, they will then search for his previous work and watch those movies because they have effectively become a fan, but they then allow for the fact that is older work, so the viewing is appreciation for a body of work not just judgement or critique.

Indians separate and divide themselves into thousands of little groups, casts, ranks, types, classes, status etc... and they are the worst critics of eachother, that is how you get those all important flop tags (but that's another story)... To the rest of the world they are JUST Hindus, maybe that is why the Chinese want to see what you term as Indian feel, I don't know...but I do know that perceptions are made and are hard to brake, if someone thinks that everyone in a particular country looks the same and all they eat is curry, while wearing a feather on their head, then they may be surprised to find out that a lot of them are multi-lingual, they have different color skin types, tastes, likes, they have multi talented people and are even trying to land on the moon! and while it is not India's job to educate the world about their vast resources at least it does not hurt to make it available for those who are smart enough to go look, beyond the narrow view.

Why then bag or hate on Hrithik and team for taking his movie to China? using their own money and resources, even?
