Kartik is eyeing to replace younger Akki ( he sorta looks like Akki too but uglier) and Vicky, the sudden patriotic akki. Akki’s replacement are set.

Bhool Bhulaiya was a remake of a Malayalam film.

Sequel ke liye script kaha se copy karenge? There was no sequel to it in Malayalam.

Also it was established that the woman (played by Vidya) had delusions, so how can there be a sequel. What is the continuity here? Since there was no ghost, it cannot be haunting a new set of people.
