well he is the one of the few directors that can guarantee a hit for stars. Especially for srk.

I don't think this is true. Rohit Sherry already seems busy with Sooryavanshi, collaboration with Farah Khan for a movie and possible Simba-Singham-Sooryavanshi movie.
