Natasha is Kanya's split personality. Kanya and Ranbir got married because Guru kidnaps Ayan and forces Ranbir to get his so-called-sister Kanya married into a good family and since Ranbir is also under pressure from his mom to get married he and Kanya decide to have a contract marriage.
