How selfish of him to make his children (if n when he has them) motherless just because he does not want to be responsible enough to work on a relationship. Its better to adopt than deprive his kids of a biological mother. In Karan's case his mom stepped in and cares for his kids like a mother but in Salman's case his mom looks frail and don't think she will be able to handle the pressure of caring for newborns. Even though I do believe what Karan did is also extremely selfish. (I am aware of hired help, nurses and nannies for kids, but its never the same as a family member)

It's good if he knows what he wants. Better than ruining someone's life, an unhappy marriage no one deserves.

Besides, you can always adopt & surrogacy is also an option.
