Harshad & Jenny on stage together?!

Friends, I just saw on an insta called harshad__jenny that Jennifer was announcing the arrival of Harshad in a music programme sponsored by Hero No.1.
Since she used the words 'Bepanah Mohabbat (swagat keejiyay)' I assume it's an  old scene, but it was put up on that site just 7 hours ago!

Does anyone know when exactly this happened?

It was for BP promotions over a year ago :( before the show aires
