Selfish parents

That's what abhi-pragya are. Their ego, their fights, their pain means more to them than their children's happiness.

Today for the first time prachi showed pragya that she wanted to know and meet her father by expressing that she feels that the man who had an accident and for whom pragya is showing so much concern is her father. Prachi desperately wanted an answer.

What justification does pragya have as a mother to keep her child away from knowing about her father? Is her father a dangerous criminal? No! Is he a bad and evil man? No! So why keep prachi away from knowing about her father even when she asks without having any solid reasons to keep her child away from her own father?

The answer to that is ego! Her and abhi had a fight, now she wants to stay away from him and she wants to punish her daughter whilst she's at it.

The icing on the cake in terms of pragya's selfishness was her double-standard stance on suicide. Prachi can't attempt suicide even if her life is being made hell by someone just because it would hurt pragya, but pragya can hurt prachi by threatening suicide merely for prachi asking about her father, despite it being prachi's right?

It's true. The whole concept of them raising one child each in itself was so selfish. They didn't think about it even a for a minute. They made a decision and just walked out of each other's lives. sigh.

Yep Ego fight. But I expected this. U see only then they can drag for another 3 months. Frankly speaking, I stopped caring for Hindi soaps quiet a while back. I only watch sometimes. Of late, I'd started re-watching this serial only for Mugdha. And she has done justice. It's very difficult for a 32 yr to play a 20 yr; but she is acting precisely as a college going girl. In that one regard, I'll always give credit to Ekta. She chooses her cast brilliantly, not just here, even in JA, PR, etc.

As for something of this kind, I also watch Patiala Babes where Paridhi is acting. That has come in Sony, but whatever, all the characters r doing justice and the serial is progressive. The mother though initially possessive, has tried to come out only for the daughter and she is shown as someone who believes in creating her destiny with her cooking which she is good at.

Here, yesterday, I was shocked that Pragya believes in her being unlucky for Abhir. I guess, audience wants to hear this kind of rotten speech. And then they will make a ruckus along with all news, if some men try to dominate women. I mean on the one hand u r blatantly encouraging such nonsense and on the other u r opposing it. Such hypocrisy.

I'd rather if Pragya were shown possessive of her daughter and then not allowed to meet her than all these ill-omen rubbish.

Probably she will give in after Sarita ji talks some sense in her. And by the time they reach hospital, Abhi is already discharged.

That was another ridiculous way of not allowing daughter to meet father. They could shown him as being shifted to another hospital, not home.

Yes its mainly to stretch the track when in reality it would be easy for abhi to find out prachi is his daughter as in reality you wouldn't have had all these hits and misses the way abhi-pragya do.

I don't think pragya is selfish. She is concern nd protective about prachi as she fears she will lose her if she comes to know about abhi like she lost kaira. Prachi doesn't hate her dad, she just want to know about him nd why they both got separated. Even abhi is also not selfish he misses her daughter nd pragya too. Its just he does not take a stand nd that's why aliya takes advantage. Both r just hurt nd anger fear of losing, desperate to meet their daughters. Am sure once prachi comes to know about her ma nd papa she will try to unite them when she will their love nd care nd Rhea don't know about her because aliya will not let abhi pragya to be together, she will use her baby Rhea.

I was shocked at the thing that how a mother who was fighting with the ones who made her daughter's life soo miserable that she thought of suicide and how out of all these the mother herself gave threats of suicide to her daughter. 😐😐

Kiara died, when she was alive she was harmed by Tannu (his fake wife) abhi lets criminals live with them Tannu and his sister Aliya. She should have taken both her daughters, just look how Rhea turned out to be, Aliya is a horrible influence.

And just look at how she spoke to the elders of the family today with complete abhorrent disrespect and in a threatening and demeaning manner. I wanted to strangle her. Aliya is a character who will always get away with everything, including doing the most unforgivable things.
