I always thought Mohini was in competition with Ishwari Dixit on who is the worst mother.. She has left Ishwari far behind..

Remember when she told Nivi off when Nivi said how she wished Naveen had marry Prerna..

That woman hates Pre coz she thinks Pre's status is not worthy of her being Anurag's wife. She liked komo because of her status and connection. Now that Komo's true face is out, Moh is feeling guilty and remorseful for getting Anu-komo married. That's why she said sorry to Moloy.

Did she even once apologise to pre?

Her now disliking komo doesn't mean she has to like Prerna.

In fact though I absolutely dislike Mohini, I do believe she is the most consistent character.

I didn't expect her to love prerna overnight, but definitely at least realise that she has mistreated prerna only because of her lower class.

Voh toh mohini ko pata hai and I don't blame her for it. Yes, very regressive thinking. But my own cousin loved a girl from lower economic strata and my chachi refused to accept her. She said she will never allow him to marry her , he did try to reason out but in the end accepted what she said coz she is his mom.

I am not saying this is right behaviour or wrong. All am saying is there are still people who are not okay with getting their kids married to poor or middle class when they are super rich.

My cousin bro is an army officer (father is General manager of bank) and he fell in love with a peon's girl, so it was natural for the family to not accept her.

Exactly and she apologised to Moloy coz she was so fond of Komolika, but was aghast that it was komo who tried to kill Molly.

That's why she regrets marrying Anurag to komo and is feeling guilty. But it doesn't change her behavior towards Prerna. Hating komo doesn't mean she has to like prerna. Prerna was never her choice . She can't accept her as her bahu because of class divide.

I know what u r saying.. Ishwari had an insecurity of sharing her son with any girl.. It wasnt just Sona.. Usually widow or single mothers tend to be overprotective towards their son as they kind of replace the male figure in their mum’s life.. Ishwari had a room for redemption.. Ishwari never understood Sona.. Sona was judged based on class.. dont get me wrong, I used to hate Ishwari to the core and probably still do..

But here, the main reason why Mo hates Pre and the sharma are because of their class.. mohini will murder Prerna tomorrow and still gets away with it.. She has this ajeeb obsession and pretend to love her son..

although they did redeemed her character 100% but it looks like they swap place now.. Nivi has been redeemed but I am sure she will be one of the first one to doubt Prerna tomorrow..
