Because of the casuality they are showing with Pre. I was fine till they didn't showed Anurag dropping her down, it was still fine but Prerna's reaction to fall was just too casual. There's no mention of her pregnancy or baby after Holi scenes. They are making her running, falling, getting pulled and pushed which are fine to some extent but no reaction to it is what making us feel they are intentionally not talking about it
