This year L'Oreal isn't promoting their stars be it DP or Aish. With DP, L'Oreal really doesn't need Sonam. She was hardly promoting L'Oreal since last 2/3 years.

Chopard's next focus might be Indian and Asian markets, who knows? this will give her good exposure.

Make-up is becoming bigger in India but they are all hiring new girls. Loreal will phase out Ash and Deepika soon too. They are already getting a lot less attention that they used to in earlier years. Sonam realized it was going to happen so might as well sign up with something else first.

Now it's all about the new names.

Chopard has always been the top sponsor at Cannes. India’s just more familiar with L’Oréal because that’s what Aishwarya was signed with.

Whatever u say about sonam but style comes naturally to her. She can carry a bora if she gets that to wear. She is just natural at fashion. This is something u have it.
