Honestly it's cringeworthy every time I hear the "sons" say Papa to AJ

Ok. I'm not sure what the rest of the forum thinks but find it absolutely cringeworthy when Vardaan and Kishore call AJ papa. TBH Kishore looks way older than AJ. Akshat looks younger than both his sons.

CVs please stick to have the "sons" call AJ, AJ not Papa. Your audience does not like it. We already know that they are adopted so whats the point of the fake "Papa"

Edit: My point is if the sons call AJ papa then the bahus should also call him sasur ji. WHat's the point of inconsistencyJust like the bahus call him AJ , the "sons" also need to call him AJ

I like it from the very beginning of the show as it makes a point that age of a person doesn't matter but what matters is only the fact if he/she is fulfilling the responsibility of the substitute.

& this proves AJ is doing that & has done that very well. Its a certificate for AJ which he has earned with his dedication towards fulfilling his responsibility.

If sons don't call AJ papa, than bahus too shouldn't call Guddu saas/sasuma as she too is way way younger then them

Well I'll disagree with both of you here. Although I can see Captain's point, I still dont agree with them calling AJ papa because they dont really consider him as a father figure. Otherwise they wouldnt hold so many grudges against him.

The way I see it they dont deserve to call AJ and Guddan mother and father. People have to worthy to be called sons of a man like AJ which they both clearly are not👎🏼

Holding grudges against AJ doesn't lessen all the things AJ did for them till date which makes him the father figure & call him "papa"

Many of us hold many grudges against our parents for many things but we don't stop calling them papa or mumma.

Many foster kids don't consider their adoptive parents their real parent but they don't stop calling them their mumma or papa.

Many of us revolt & rebel against our parents but they don't disown us.

Its upto the parent to decide weather a child deserves to be called his or her child or not & AJ has decided that. Further what AJ does, its upto him.

But at the moment, show's basis is about Guddu being India's youngest saas i.e. being in a position that defies her age.

She is being mentored by AJ who is commanding a similar position.

If AJ isn't called "papa" by the son's then it doesn't justify the basis of the show as just being the wife of head of the house doesn't make her saas too. Then respecting her is ok but why call her "sasumaa" ? The show should end there.

As for now, I like it everytime the sons call AJ "papa" & bahus have already made it clear why they call him AJ in place of sasur ji in the 1st episode itself i.e. he is young.
