First Check while giving topic, you made it as normal topic or not.

If as normal topic it's not getting posted then first try to post without Akshan pic & later upload pic by editing

If then also it's not getting posted then report this issue in discuss new site thread of global announcement.

Totally agreed with the caption they've put up ( in great suits, tall , makes glasses look cool etc )
