RV can tell this to the police that he didn't know anything but everyone else knows the truth!!! and happy cannot risk trusting RV again,because she's reunited with rocky after so much trouble, a trouble of 3 yrs and there's no way she will do anything to spoil this reunion, like she said today to herself that she will always be there for rocky and will not let anything happen to him, it's rocky only who she cares about now, to win his trust and forgiveness is all that she wants now.

Yes he can tell this to everyone but Happy. She will not buy anything atm... even if she does nothing can now keep her away from Rocky.. deep down she knows she loves him and now with everything clear she is going to be by his side. Today she said she will do everything to shoulder all his pain... and be by his side forever.. she will fight the world for him and do everything to get his forgiveness to make things normal if not the best.

Rv most likely will get off with killing his own brother as happy-rocky or happy will say that RV shot his brother in defense of her and rocky as ranveer was about to shoot them.
