Student Of The Year 2 Box Office Potential

After Baaghi 2 everyone thought everything Tiger touches is gold. But Dharma just gave a historic flop. An the promos/songs for soty 2 are simply not well appreciated. How much can it score ?

it all boil downs to the content, not saying that content of the original was superb but it clicked...it looks pretty much the same, if audiences esp the youth lap it then it would turn out to be a success..

NOTE : SOTY was just semi-hit, this also not going to do much. a HIT or a blockbuster status is clearly ruled out..

Yeah, depends how the content connects with the youth.

Also there's 2 new girls- so it depends if their roles are as chopped as we all fear.. in favour of Tiger.

If so.. it will flop. Seeing JUST Tiger will bring the girls, but won't fill the single screens with males.

The roles of Tara and Ananya matter a lot.

And with Tiger being in MOST of trailer scenes and Alia taking YET ANOTHER song out of their hands.. I don;t see them having much screen time.

I'd be surprised if this goes much over 70-90 cr.. Let's see...
