Drama and idolizing Durga

Guddan needs to stop praising and idolizing Durga. It's getting annoying now and she never leaves a chance to cling, fangirl and then hug her. Yuck. Bahot maska lagati hai Durga ko ye. It's too much cringe. She's such a suck up. There is no need to butter her up. You are a saas behave like one with her. No need to sar aankhon pe bithao her. Have you forgotten what she'd done with your father and sold you and put goons behind you who kidnapped you? Why is she back to square one when she had already told her that she lost respect for her after what she did with her father? Phir se back to idolizing her? Then again, she wanted to be mahaanta ki murat so forgave Angad and Saru too, for their GUNAAH. Please stop with this mahaanta CVs. We all have had enough of this beemari called mahaanta in other shows, our quota is full.

And please stop with this saas bahu ka drama. It's not even interesting. Apne dimag ke ghode ladao aur kuch enjoyable dikhao on that front as we know that is also important to satisy TRP aunties so iska matlab ye nahi ki kuch bhi dikhaoge. Kuch bhi Matlab kuch bhi? Bakwaas bekaar ka dimag ka shake Kar rakha hai along with Guddan's fangirling Durga.

Now that's not fair, my friend. Seems like you forget that actually Guddan is not aware of Durga's true intentions. When Durga got caught red handed, she understood that Durga does so because she feels that Guddan is not Ideal to be Jindal Parivaar ki Saas/Bahu/AJ's Patni. And Guddan was mum because somewhere or the other, she felt so to.

Now that things are changed, she is yet to uncover Durga's crimes. And this wasn't buttering up. Today she is trying to prove that her friends/Bahus deserve love and appreciation just like every other human being. And she was genuinely thankful that her eldest Bahu and the person she respects a lot gave a wonderful idea.

She idolizes Durga because Durga puts up a good pretense of Ideal Jindal Parivaar ki Bahu. And as a Jindal Parivaar ka Sadasya, Guddan aspires to get that level of respect in the household. It's not wrong, neither is it foolish when she does so out of pure intentions and not stupidity. Vaise toh AJ is also unaware of Durga's rotten personality. Doesn't mean he is stupid. It means that Durga has been smart and alert enough to not expose herself at the moment. But it will happen when it has to happen.

Guddu isn't a paidaish saas that she will start behaving like a typical saas just like that instantly.

She is different & has her own beliefs & ways.

The show is about journey of youngest saas so she has to learn being one aur uske liye time toh lagega.

& saas bahu drama can't be avoided when the story is about youngest saas.

I didn't forget that she's not aware of the recent happenings. I'm not even talking about those as I know she's not aware. I specifically mentioned in my post as to why I feel she's unnecessarily idolizing her. Doesn't she know about her father's humiliation? The goons episode? Is that what an adarsh bahu does? Which self respecting and loving daughter would easily let these instances pass and still respect and idiolize that person no less? These are more than enough to put her off Durga for good which she herself had declared. But was back to square one soon after. CVs can tone down the clinging Durga part surely. As viewers it's annoying to watch even if taken from her point of view. It's not the first time she hugged her to show off to Bua but she does it all the time much since the beginning. And honestly it looks like she's sucking up to her,to anyone outside it would look like that. Too much mahaanta again just like other shows' FLs puts us off.

Not asking her to behave like a typical saas though. But constantly praising and idolizing her after whatever she did with her and her father is annoying. It's just too much saccharine which gives a toothache.

I mentioned and acknowledged in my post that Saas bahu drama is important to the show but asked the makers to make it a bit interesting to watch. TOday was sar ka dard.

after whatever she did with her father, she openly apologized & condemned her acts & stated how low she was feeling due to that & how much she regrets it.

we audiences know she wasn't genuine but Guddu doesn't.

Guddu brought it that she was genuinely sorry & she realized her mistake.

About selling her at that time Guddu herself said now both were equal as she herself too by mistake had sold her to Dutta.

About saas bahu dramas while it is needed there isn't a huge variety or range of that which will make it more interesting but instead there are many to make it very distasteful i.e,

putting zeher in the food or adding namak in place of cheeni

kaan bharoing beta against bahu & vise versa

beta taking a side & kicking out the bahu

so we should be thankful this didn't go to that level
