Yes Guddan ka to hai hi blunders karna..but Guddan herself equating that with Durga's heinous act was also a big joke. She's always trying to impress her. You know what it looks like, ki she gives truck loads of importance to Durga like she is a very important member of the family so usko impress karna zaruri hai as she's a very intimidating personality too and her opinion matters to Guddan a lot dunno why. I cheer for her when sometimes she gives it back to Durga and is not bothered about her opinions but most of the times it does bother her.

They are going to forgive Durga too after her real face comes out because when Angad and Saru can be forgiven tho Durga ka bhi wohi hai Jo Saru pe laga tha..

I agree with you to a certain extent... Guddan is too good, and that affects the whole relationship between Durga and Guddan. Because Durga always uses Gudan's goodness for her own benefit. In my opinion, there is not a big difference that Guddan does not know that behind the attempt to kill AJ is Durga. Durga herself has told Guddan several times that she does not want her in the house and she is ready to do everything throw out her from the house. According to me, if someone insults you, do not respect you, sells you, blackmails, and insults your family, you should not hug that person. If Guddan thinks that Durga is ideal and that she wants a good Jindal family, despite knowing that this person is not an ideal and still Guddan idealize Durga, it's a stupid thing to do for me. Now this is a series, if we talk about Guddan what she do not need to do certain things, this is just one of the things she does not need to do. I find it most irritates of all that Guddan is smart, but when it comes to Durga, her mind seems to disappear somewhere.

Dutta and goons episode cannot be compared. Durga did the evil and heinous act of selling her to the goons which she did intentionally and planned carefully for. If I remember right, she didn't even want to play in the beginning but was forced to I guess? Tbh, that whole Datta threatening to buy out the bahus couldn't have taken place even if she lost. It was so impractical.

Come on, CVs can do much better regarding the ideas for saas bahu drama even apart from all of that you mentioned because our show is much better.

Guddu trusts Durga with regards to Jindal family & Durga has put that behind the mask very well.

She knows Durga doesn't like her but she believes Durga can do no wrong when it comes to Jindal family.

Guddu knows why Durga dislikes her so much i.e. due to her imperfection which she herself believes in.

Since the day Guddu entered, she saw Durga doing whats best for the family. Everyone calls her ideal so she too believed.

Now its a part of her personality development to learn & accept that its ok to be not perfect , no one is perfect & all that shines is not gold.

But personality development needs time. Guddu needs time to learn. Everything can't happen instantly. Maggi noodles nahin hai, its about shreadding the belief that she has been feed from 21 years (i.e. that she has to be perfect or else she is useless) & accepting a new belief.

Once she does that she will realize what Durga is.

Till now Guddan has never dealt with a person like Durga who hide behind masks. She is confused cause on one hand if Durga sold her, she also showed concern when Dutta kidnapped her.

On one hand if Durga insulted her father she also came forward & offered help to release AJ from jail. & she was the 1st of the bahus to trust her while she was saving them in Republic day.

Its tough for Guddu to figure out what to do with her & what she is.

If she could she would have dealt with her stepmom too long back.

Durga didn't sell her to a goon but a kabadi wala & told him to keep her off till diwali gets over.

About difference between the acts of selling, we may think that both can't be compared but Guddu doesn't think so.

Guddu is a different frictional personality. She thinks in her ways. Considering her way of thinking she is right.

We saw Guddu was not at fault but Guddu didn't. She believes she was at fault. No one tied her up & made her play on Dutta's terms. Yes Durga taunted & provoked her but final call was hers.

& friction being imptactical is an invalid complain till there is a disclaimer saying, "ye dharavahik satya ghatana par adharit hai"

At least there are no bhoot pret yet.

The saas bahu of our show are not on friendly terms & from my experience of watching television for over a decade, I have not seen a better & different track in this situation involving Saas bahu apart from the ones I mentioned. It can only go worst cause no matter how better our show is, some ideas are just limited.

It reminds me of Akshay Kumar from the movie Dhadkan.He used to behave like this with his step mother,step brother and sister.He was like mohabbat se hi nafrat ko mitaaya ja sakta hai. Guddan is following same ideology,I guess. I know she will succeed in this one day 😀

The reason why Guddan has gotten over all the drama Durga did was because that's what she has seen all her life. Criticism from people who keep berating her that she cannot do anything. Mainly her step mom. But she still loves her irrespective of how she behaves with her. Same with Durga. The problem is not acceptance of such behavior. It's acceptance of the fact that she herself believes that 'Humse naa ho payega'. Because she thinks so, she feels that she deserves the taunts.

And not only Guddan, had I been in her place, even I would idolize Durga because of the status she has in the family/home. You simply cannot ignore that Durga gets a certain amount of respect from everyone, they believe that she will always do the best for the family. I would want to be like her since I don't know about her true colors. And it's in some people's nature, they forgive. I do too. I cannot be mad at a person for long after he or she apologizes. I feel guilty for making them feel terrible about themselves and I forgive them.

And I said it before. Initially even Guddan felt that she is not the ideal person to be Jindal Parivaar ka sadasya. That's why she kept a low profile. But later on she did start giving back answers. So she is not so seedhi saadhi. And thats how CVs characterize these roles. Because only mahanata will keep the drama continued. The audience feels sympathetic towards the FL. Agar the FL is rude and cunning plotting against her own family (while being unaware of the other person's saazish) who the hell is gonna like her...? Wait till Guddan finds out about all the things she has done. Phir dekho kya hota hai... There will be some spark that will lead to a fire.

That's what bother me most. I do not know why this is so only when it comes to Durga, Guddan is smart. But she always finds justifiable reason why Durga did something like that or say something like that.
