Vamp or Lead

Now i understand why they only focused on Drishti from the first promo. Its clear Drishti is the actual lead of this serial.

Coming to divya she is just shameless, selfish, cheap, disgusting and nothing less than any vamp.. what is difference between pisachini and divya?

Divya always misuses her powers and pisachini is right Divya is similiar to her.

Dd's mom told them never to misuse their powers. But what does divya does when their is even no need to use them in a wrong way. Like stealing stuff, cheating in competition to win, she was the one who tried to trap rakshit. So when shez interested in a man he is the best acc to her than Rakshit now Shikar. How she was putting all blame on Rakshit to divert the issue from shikar. She even didnt bother to save drishti when she pushed her from terrors until she found out D is her sister. What all shit was she talking to Dri brother bcz she was jealous and even tried to hurt him without any proper evidence. Then now she tried to harm Mahima without proper evidence. She has a doubt and she can go to extent of killing people. Atleast pisachini is evil so if she kills around its understandable. When u have powers and u can only misuse them and be a shameless b**** who harms ppl around then u are called as vamp not a lead.

Just hate her now. Not bcz its abt Rakshit or Drishti. Its about killing someone based on assumptions.

Divya first look at ur dirty deeds and horrible soul bfr accusing anyone whether its Rakshit/ Drishti/ Lav/ Mahima/ Dri bro. If u think ur better than Lav check ur ugliness in mirror it will show ur cheap soul. Even being a selfish women Lav helped u or tried to help u though she doesn't like u. Unlike u who is roaming freely hurting ppl around

You have gotta be kidding me. Though Divya is impatient, immature and impulsive woman, but certainly not all the adjectives you just used for her. It is amusing to read this.

I wish I had time and energy to get to the individual points in the post at this moment and honestly, I am trying to refrain myself from typing out long stuff (that this one demands) for it actually results into nothing. I'll get back here tomorrow hopefully if and when time permits.

I would disagree. I personally really like the way both Divya and Drishti's characterizations are drawn. Drishti is the sensible and mature one yet is not the typical goody two shoes. She knows how to give back and not selectively. And Divya, yes she is impulsive and hot headed and, for a change, it is great to see these qualities in a ITV female lead. Despite her rashness and lapse in judgement, those qualities are human and totally understandable.

Yes, Divya will use her magic left, right, center but honestly though, if one has such cool powers, I guess most of us would use it frequently too lol. It makes her more real, to me. As for some of the points you mentioned, she wanted to save Divya even before she found out she was her Di. As for wanting to injure Mahima, you can see she was deeply affected by the fact that someone was killed.

Ultimately, Divya is good at heart and I believe we should not term qualities that are not completely TV serial standard perfect to be vampish. She can do things that are annoying but she's fun and spunky and has a deep, sensible side as well. I can't wait to watch more of her + Shekhar.
