Apart from being a terrific actress, Shweta is extremely pleasant to look at. I sincerely hope she gains greater recognition and climbs the ladder.

no1 including myself expected this film to do this well when the trailer came out..but people's taste for movies is changing considerably.

don't bother to discuss here and check out the reviews about the film n her performance.on twitter.you'll know the truth!

I went to check the movie because of this.

Yeah she seems good in the movie.. but the subject's too serious (not liked enough by masses?) and noty hyped enough (they lack the hype machine..glad they are getting more people in after Kalank's bad reviews).

Also..as long as KJo and the likes are around pushing the talentless nepo kids.. this girl has no chance to win awards. Pity.

Thought she was brilliant but won't be surprised if she doesn't win. She didn't win the crappy filmfare award either so...guess favortism is better.

Urmmm...u can't say it's not being liked by masses...

the film generated hype with the trailer and people did go to watch the film.

it was released on 250 screens..REPEAT 250 screens without much of promotion and marketing.

yes, the film was devoid of hype because the makers thought that the film shall get the require hype once the audience watch the first shows and word of mouth spreads very strong...

It's true that Kjo wouldn't let any talented people win awards or nominations but i think if the people start revolting against his culture and cheer for good talent there's hope..

lastly KALANK's bad reviews have only helped the film partially, it has actually damaged it by the screens having reduced..it would have done much better had kalank released one week later..

but anyway the film's standing on its feet on the power ground of content..imagine the film that has been totally rejected by critics or not reviewed by them all doing well..nothing short of an achievement

Look I wasn't even attacking the film, lol.

And yes, 250 screens is very, very little.

Hopefuully they regain some screens..URI regained screens when other movies didn;t do well and stayed long in theatres..maybe the same happens here.

well the budget of TTF is mere 2.5 cr ... URI's budget was 35 crs

infact if u follow twitter, Vivek agnihotri has directly appealed to the audiences to ask their nearby theaters to increase shows of the movie, he neither has the money nor the muscle power

so looking at all these factors, the response that d movie's getting is very good and it will only help if the screens are increased

I saw the movie yesterday...

brilliant ! the show was housefull even when they r only 2-3 shows running across the theater.

This girl is really superb ! no doubt...i had said earlier than given the right opportunities she can definitely go places...

another thing i found, that like Alia she looks very young for her age..even her voice sounds like a kid. must say thanks to the genes..

i can't say if she can win all awards if she doesn't get nominated it will be really sad and bad and considering how award function nomination commitees and juries stay out of politics..they might not include her..that would be sad indeed...fingers crossed
