Alia, who was on a hot streak with Raazi and Gully Boy, sticks to cardboard emotions in Kalank. To make Janta believe that Salman can actually fall for a girl,who looks like a child,has no personality,no sex appeal..will be a herculean task.Older,rich,successful men get to sleep with teenage girls if that is their thing.The girl he falls for has to be just amazing.A girl every one in the theater will fall in love with..That appeal Alia doesn't have.No one believes that 36 yr old Ranbir is interested.How will this work?

P.S.Salman-Sonam jodi looked odd in SLB's Saawariya.He still looked young and she was drop dead!

while I think SLB casted Alia cause he really wanted someone who looks like a kid...it will look gross and I dont understand how her looking like a kid will fit in her being an actress in the movie...

if he wanted to show the love between an actress and a common much elder man, then he couldve casted anyone else.

there were two different articles speculating... one said its a story between an older guy and a child-woman... other said Alia is playing an actress... so pata nahi how it fits...maybe she is playing a child actress 😆
