Under no article , can the girls be arrested for this .
How can they show such lack of thought or are they showing the misuse of power ?

Well...

I dint see it as completely unjustifiable...
As per Meenakshi..she says that she had complained when Ketki went missing on the say of her engagement. And she had to take action against the girls who she though were instigating Ketki to go against her family...

Though her intensions were not even close to what she said. Based of the fact that these two girls were instigating Ketki and also the fact that she never wants to get Kunal getting married to either of these girls she took the opportunity and complained that these two were the girls who were instigating Ketki in a wrong way. Its just like if a mother knows her daughter is been drawn towards drugs by a person she will complain against that person.

I am no where Justifying that what Big Ben did was right... She just wanted to give a reason to Maheshwaris to back out from the Rishta as she herself could not do it ... big manipulative lady I tell ya 😆

Mishti, Kuhu and the whole Maheshwari clan could have counter argued, that Ketki is not a minor & hence cannot be provoked to take any decision. Unless KuShti kidnaps Ketki against her wish, no case can be framed just for stating opinions. At the end of the day, the girls didn't took Ketki away from her house. Meenakshi's so called proofs also just prove that the girls just met at Rann and had some chit chat. Nothing more than that.😆

I don't watch this serial these days. If it's happening then definitely it's happens only in ITV..

Sometimes back, I told my colleagues in one of time pass session that I do watch Hindi serials, all were like I am the most dump person and these kind of tracks proved them right😊

Dont know its a coincidence but recently , prerna got arrested for troubling her sautan 🤣 so may be some new trespassing laws awareness in itv is going on . Cant get any absurd than this.

if you see her intention was not to make them arrested just to make them go through allegation on false incharge and just screw the things up

They didnt get arrested but the commissioner said that he will arrest the girls .it was senseless as nobody questioned the charges or warrant ..

I had posted earlier Meenakshi made this one like quick fire as she found evidence in Abeer's room.

I hope she questions her elder son as to what he is doing with a pair of earrings and photos of kuku and mishti. 😊

This is typical itv formula. I expected them to be more drastic, the commissioner does give an option to discuss the situation with Maheshwari's and they brought Ketki's name in between. If track had gone in drama mode, in all circumstances Meenakshi's niece was at fault. The Maheshwari's were not willing to leave with Ketki. It was like if we go down, you too will.

Not a win win situation for Meenakshi.They weren't arrested as Abeer gives kuhu and Mishti credit to send his sister back home. Sensing this BB also plays it safe and withdraws the complaint. She knows her son won't spare if anything goes wrong and those girls are falsely accused via FIR .

There wasn't a arrest warrant in their name but the police commissioner was brought as a guest who also took over a influential family's case in his hands. Which they do.

Not completely out of the box as the police in India lands up when they are absolutely not wanted. it is just a part of BB's scheme but in India Police and Politicians are not held in high regard in real life too.
