So many interesting theories but im still stuck on that line Kaal vijay ratna will go to its its rightful owner

So i feel it's not decided who gets what.

But im all for Ra getting superpowers and working as a united team with DD.

As they showed in Promo Stills intially

The pinning paper on the door/ rakshit has been proven not to be the reason the storm/ sachni powers doesn't effect DD as in holi episode where sachni sets a storm on everyone, DD are together hiding and they both notice and say why is sachni's powers not affecting us. So DD together are able to act as protection against sachni which has nothing to do with rakshit.
