Would you as a consumer buy any product if it were endorsed by a celebrity?!

Because lot of money is given to actors for advertising and is it worth the money

Never buy any product by just looking at the advertisement. Check out the reviews first.

Well, it gives more exposure to the product. A known face can make a difference and boosts the sales for some time. But at the end if the product is good only then it can make constant sales.

Yeah, Only impact have seen of advertising, was salman's revital ad. But it made impact in a wrong way and he had to stop advertising that brand cause of the bashing and mocking back in days.

Nope, I would buy anything only if its suits my need and fits my budget... doesn't matter who is advertising it...

infact most of my herbal products don't even have any known face attached to it...

but yes, i do feel bad that the car i own is advertised by the celeb i dislike the most and that's RK...

I didn't know before buying, else I would've gone for another brand... as it is, Renault customer service is pathetic...

Well yes they do. I used to purchase loreal paris shampoo cuz of aiswarya in the ad when I was younger.

Also I bought a necklace from Tanishq seeing the deepika ad.

Talking about impact, Amitabh Bachchan's polio campaign is a huge winner. However, since we are talking about product sales, I remember getting certain products advertised by Yuvraj Singh. 😆

Most of my notebooks from classmate had Yuvi's picture on the cover.

If one is a big fan of someone I am sure they will buy that product. I haven't followed that trend since I was a teenager though. Aaj kal I just read reviews of brands and such to see if it's good or not.
