There is a dearth of good Mainstream directors in the industry.It is a huge problem for heroes and heroines.

Deepika,Anushka,Sonam dont't have to toil for months on a film set to earn 8-10 crores.They just have to co-brand a product on insta..start their make up line,jewellery line..sky is the limit.

In DP's case-It could be that Salman,SRK,RK,HR,RS may never again star with DP..I think that will be the case.

Doubt that marriages effects actresses. The thing is they aren't young anymore and will do any role.
They were ambitious to reach their aim and after that they relax and chose/do whatever they want.
They don't want to be dependent on big stars and rather do their own thing. They all don't need to prove anyone anything anymore. Like at the beginning of their careers.

I mean deepika is still in a better position than the others she will be in demand as long as she delivers a hit or a good performance now and then.the public is still on her side and starting a production will keep her busy too Something that other actresses are doing too.
Having their own production house is definetely a big win for them.
Earlier none of the actresses did something like that. They rather fall back to their rich husband or wanted at least be visible and Stucked to their cheating actor husbands.

why these actresses or should I say women have to take the ultimately charge of the household, why can't they just continue their career? Sridevi in my opinion is the biggest fool..if she had not sacrificed her career, even the khans wouldn't have been able to touch her. amitabh gave so many flops n still went steady so sridevi could have sailed through. ditto for madhuri, leaving ur career and coming after so long doesn't make sense...yes it's your personal choice but u shouldn't deny the fact that once u marry and become a wife, ur no longer an object of lust for horny men, 2ndly women too don't take interest...it's the content of the film that does the talking...and popularity is always affected
