Why Shreya - Sunidhi don't judge top singing shows?

There are singing shows on almost every channel, the voice on star plus, rising star on colors and saregama pa on zee tv and they have taken mediocre/unexperienced singers like Kanika, neeti 😕 while sunidhi judged a B grade show on star plus last year. Shreya don't get to judge shows while these two are most famous singers of our generation.. what can be the reason? I liked sunidhi judging on voice India s1.

Shreya in one interview said she doesn't feel comfortable judging adult singer's and prefer's children. Shreya is classically trained singer.

Sunidhi does a show once in a while.

Singers like Neha and all hardly have any knowledge of sur taal or classical music.

Yeah and that's irritating to see them judging contestants. They all have made singing shows a joke. Neha, neeti and Kanika are worse than even contestants on show 😆

I didn't watch the other two but I'm unfortunate enough to have beared a show with Neha Kakkar. Her theatrics and grating interruptions are extremely annoying. 🤢

I liked Sunidhi in Indian Idol. She is a very good judge. Shreya is very sweet too. May be they don't want to judge reality shows. I am very surprised that inspite of Shreya being SRGMP talent, Zee has never approached her, not even as a guest. One reason may be that they demand very high amount. I am very happy that Alka Yagnik is going to judge Superstar Singer.

Richa Sharma is very talented singer but as a judge I don't like her.

sunidhi is nice singer n saw she giving nice tips genuinely , may be she didn't go totally with d script n may demands money more lol

It could also be that people want judges to do some real-time drama (like acting extra emotional, some fake drama of 'I love you', acting 'judgey') , basically everything else except the actual jobs of what they are supposed to be doing.

I have liked them as judges but can see why they don't want to be a part of crazy TRP behaviors which seem to be the norm in most shows...
