Friends, do you know or remember the Sci-Fi series Star Trek? It premiered in 1966. It was unique in concept and execution. After season 2 in the next year the channel wanted to stop it - low TRP > SOUNDS FAMILIAR?
In those days there was no mobile, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Twitter. But the outcry of fans from everywhere around to extend the serial brought in over one million letters and postcards, virtually drowning the telecasting channel >> SOUNDS FAMILIAR?!
The channel yielded and announced a third season...
But then the trouble began: channel interference, late night telecast timing, messing up with story line, production, etc. Season Three ended abruptly - the channel had pulled the plug.
>>>>>> SOUNDS FAMILIAR INDEED!!
But then a miracle happened: After its closure, Star Trek became so popular, fan clubs were formed around the world, souvenirs, stories, etc. mushroomed everywhere, and three new series, several feature films (featuring the original cast as the core), and derivatives of the original serial followed over the years.
Last year, August 2018, zillions of fans celebrated fifty-two (52) years of Star Trek - the concept, the story, the ideas and ideals, and the stars and fans across the world.
And it continues to boldly go where none has gone before...
And it continues to boldly go where none has gone before...
THAT IS THE DREAM AND WISH WE HAVE FOR BEPANAH, ITS WONDERFUL CAST AND CREW, and of course: THE ONGOING JODI OF ADIYA through Harshad and Jennifer 🤗
