Why does Bollywood cast nepo kids?

I think now there should be quota system in Bollywood too.😆 A percentage a good movies should be reserved for outsiders.😆😆

For that opportunities are to be provided. If you are have 100 vacancies out of which 80-90 are filled up by star kids, which leaves 10 vacancies to be competed by 1000's. Yes those 10 who got through might become superstars outrunning the star kids however it's still unfair considering that 90 star kids get it on a platter.

See in my company if i have 10 vacancies and have 6 grown up kids/relative kids then def i will prefer them and even if i prefer outsider over my kids still people think "why is she preferring outsiders? Daal mei kuch kaala hai "types..😆and its my company and i will face the consequences whatever be the outcome.. as simple !

Can people like Kareena or Alia Bhatt ask why only Outsiders like Aishwarya or Deepika get SLB films which are the best? I think this talk is just pointless 😆

Yes, those from film families hv a easier life. Which is thanks to the struggles of their parents or grandparents due to which they are able to reap the benefits today. That applies for everyone who joins the same field as their parents. Today's outsiders will provide a easier entry for their kids tomorrow. That is the way of life. There is nothing unfair in it.

U know what is unfair? It is when someone calls up her mentor 100 times and forces him to cast her over another newcomer. It is when someone signs a film as an Actor, uses her influence with the producer to throw n cheat the writer/director of his credit after the donkey's work is done, discredits his talent and chops off roles of other struggling costars. That is Text book case of Nepotism for wrong means by putting others down.

There is a difference in Bollywood and other industries.

Even when your father is doctor, you should take same entrance exam , like others do. But in Bollywood and tollywood , you are atomically will be given the role ignoring all the people in cue. Movie industry doesn't give you the fair game. I am tired of all these similar Kapoor faces .

For Harry Potter movie, so many kids were auditioned. The best one was chosen at the end. That's the reason , I still get mind blown by the movie, as every kid is so perfect.
