Ezel was amazing and it's actually on Netflix : the script was very good and the thing that makes it standout is that the producer didn't try to milk the success of the show to throw on endless and useless storylines ... That's what happened with Kara Para Ask ... The show started so good and then it fell flat because they wanted to milk the popularity and made it last forever until we couldn't bear it anymore ...I forgot another TV show that I really enjoyed : oyle bir gecer zamanki. If you are a history buff, this one is very good as it is set during the 60's and 70's and you get to learn more about this important period of time in Turkish history marked by several coup. The sub-plots are very good too.
Tuba has actually improved a lot : I watched all het TV shows and she was terrific in Kara para ask, especially the first season ...But I agree, she was really bad in the beginning of her career. The same can be said about Kivanc : he was horrible in Gumus and I wasn't impressed by his acting in Ask i memnu, but I kind of rediscovered him in Kuzey Guney and since then there was no looking back for him.
Turkish actor ka yahan kya kaam? Woh rahe apni country mein, aur wahan hi kaam kare. Thanks but no thanks.
