Akshay waited for Salman Khan's nod before picking the Eid release

Akshay Kumar's cop drama Sooryavanshi is slated for an Eid 2020 release. Every year mostly, Salman Khan has a big release on Eid, this year too the superstar's next Bharat is scheduled for an Eid release. However, in 2020 Akshay's Sooryavanshi will hit the theatres on that day. According to a leading entertainment portal, Akshay did not want to have an Eid release without having Salman consent as the two stars share a great rapport. So apparently Akshay went and asked Salman if he could release his next on Eid in 2020.


Salman happily obliged and gave his nod for the same. Salman and Akshay have been in the industry for over two decades and the two stars share a close bond and thus Salman did not mind Akshay having an Eid release next year. Well, Bollywood's Bhaijaan truly has a big heart, doesn't he?
