Hi guys,

So this is my first post on the forum. I had initially started watching kkb when it started but then I stopped watching a year in. I recently started binge watching from the point of where abhi gets his memory back and then the whole munni / fuggi track and seperation until now. I've been watching Indian dramas for many years on and off and have realized that there's no point in trying to find logic. The main thing that makes a show successful is the lead pair and their initial love story, which in this case was pretty good. Of course full credit to Shabir and Sriti who have amazing sizzling chemistry. They make you fall in love with love.

Anyway, that was my rant. Now talking about the current track. I've watched many Balaji shows before and the same pattern always exists. What I don't understand is why the seperation is happening so fast? It's inevitable... Agreed. Otherwise how else are they supposed to keep the audience pining for more. As illogical as it may be, I can maybe convince myself to sympathize with the creatives. Yes, there can be 1000 little light hearted tracks to keep us happy but they choose not to do that. They want to keep the intensity alive. FINE.

But I expected the birth of the twins to be in good standing. Why in the world would they kidnap and kill kiara before the birth of the twins? Or could have easily been done after the fact. We could have had a few more happy episodes before another year or whatever of seperation. And on that note, what is the point of even killing kiara??? Even if they choose to kill the twins instead, it would have been better. We could have seen AbhiGya go through the agony an anguish together. But why are they getting rid of what brought them together?

Ugghhh... I don't know. Sorry for the rant but I had to let it out.

P.S. The TRP went up this week because of AbhiGya love scenes!! Don't the makers understand that that's what we want!

You're right but Ekta has some twisted pleasure in separating leads. Like I mentioned in a another thread, this is like ridiculous how the leads have barely lived together even by Balaji standards.
They think theyre creating 'angst' - well thats only effective if it ends at some point.
