Let me first say a couple of things - I am NOT an emotional person who cries at random stuff, I am also not a traditional indian serial watcher.

In general I thought the consummation scene was unnecessary and filmed in a very rushed way.

But this is the first scene after prerna's confession to anurag about why she was going to marry Naveen that made me want to cry. Actually I'm embarrassed to admit brought tears to my eyes.

To see anurag getting married and prerna alone in the hospital and to hear anurag tell prerna - this is nt wrong we are going to get married in 7 days ... somehow made me feel so bad.

Life is so unfair sometimes and good people so often don't win. This is the reality of life. Somehow even in that badly executed and unnecessary consummation scene, those words from anurag that she trusted just about broke my female heart. If you werent sure Anurag, why did you say and do that?

Yeah ...anurag's dialogue there...whatever we did now, all of it ( Sab Kuch, he said) was love . Pure love. Yours and mine. 😒
In other circumstances, most poignant.

That is why, prem. That arc is good but alas .

I don't know yaar, I think girls who are left pregnant by their lovers these days must be extremely naive or stupid or overconfident. This has happened since how long, one can' t even count the generations. Yet even today women become pregnant and are left to be fend the shame and blame. I think claiming "I trusted him" should no longer be an excuse. Their are ways to protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy if you have had unprotected sex.
So I guess reading through the update (that and IG clips are how i follow the show these days) I didn't feel sympathy for her. But I do feel it for her parents for having such irresponsible children. Pre was shownto be a thoughtful daughter who kept awake through the night to helpp her mother. Yet a token protest of this is wrong is all she said while givinggin to her desires.Even if it is love couldn't she ask himtowait?
Don't take me wrong I am not saying Pre wasthe only one responsible,Anu is equallyresponsible.Yet I think had she shown a bitmorereluctance they wouldn'tl be in thismess.
Sorry my mobile ishaving a mind of its own andruiningmywordsg!!

Actually What brought tears to my eyes that she has literally no one in life now. A mother who recently widowed, a sister already pregnant out of wedlock, a good for nothing elder brother and a greedy bhabhi. Her father is no more and Anurag married Komolika. I feel for her. She has no job and pregnant. I dont know what girls do in real life situations like this.
Another sad thing is that they never spend time together. It was like meeting , confession, consummation, his marriage and now a fatherless illegimate child.

It takes two to tango. They both made a mistake in terms of the pregnancy. They both gave into the moment (her less convinced than him) because of what their love. He is the one who did not keep his end of the bargain but she is the only one who will suffer. Not just in terms of her heartbreak but also in terms of the ridicule from society and their judgement...

I know!

The way they showed that scene with him saying that sentence to her "This is not wrong, we will be married" and then how they show her with her face in her hands...omg it just hit me so badly. I don't know why. This situation is so very different from my life and what I would ever find myself in...but I could actually feel the pain of her betrayal. Maybe because I connected to the characters so much.

So true..This happens in real life too..Some men want to satisfy their sexual needs making their partners promising a hopeful future .Women are emotionally weak in those moments and often get surrendered

She did try to refuse
Anurag made a promise which he did not bother to keep! Why commit if you cannot stand by your words. Why couldn't they sort the problem out together rather than against each other
