Guys, may be I am not able to give up but I was feeling very bad when Sameer fed mirchi to Naina and she had tears in her eyes.
I know people have opinion that Sameer gave her water after that because he could not see tears in her eyesBut I felt that scene was totally opposite to Samaina equationDint Sameer know she will be hurt with that chilli?According to me CVs over did it to another level
This scene and the hullabaloo around the open hair issue is hinting at control issues that may happen after marriage. Sameer is exerting his authority and sending the message that if you don't comply it is within my power to hurt you. The hurt you, placate you has started. Whilst now this seems cute and lovey dovey, this is a very dangerous signal that is being sent.Originally posted by: rituriyaakhil
Sometimes CVs show things that are not palatable. We all know what extent Sameer went to make this marriage a possibility. There was no need to have a big wedding but he chose to have one just so that his girl's dream may come true. I don't know how feeding Mirchi fits Naina's dream. But one thing I also don't understand, just because Sameer tells her to eat Mirchi, why on earth does she have to eat it? Does she not have mind of her own? She is his wife not his puppy that she has to do everything he tells her to do.It goes both way - neither he or she are each others pet - they are partners in equal standing. Neither Sameer doing everything to fulfill her wishes nor Naina forever gloating that her guy does everything work in the long run. Also neither Sameer making Naina do what he wants, wear what he wants works nor Naina doing ridiculous things like eating Mirchi works in the long run.
