That is very easy to say. Does everyone stay in one size their whole life? Only those with her body type will be able to understand how hard it is to lose weight and maintain it. Just look at Adnan Sami, Anant Ambani. You can literally eat nothing and gain weight.

Of course it's hard to lose weight and maintain it. No one ever said it wasn't. However, once you are able to reach your target weight, it takes a certain amount of dedication and will power to be able to keep that weight off. It's essentially a lifestyle change.

Parineeti isn't an average Joe Shmoe. She is an actress, a celebrity. She actually took time off (years?) to just shed the weight and that too for a reason. She really wanted to look a certain way, and once she was able to do that, she lost herself somewhere as that is ALL she wanted to talk about - her body weight. And now, she seems to be back at square one. Good for her if it doesn't bother her anymore like it evidently did once upon a time, but it's still a sign of her not being able to stay dedicated to a lifestyle she really wanted to lead.
