Stole the show from everyone in the first half of Gullyboy. He played Mc Sher effortlessly. It could have been his film had they not sidelined him in the second half.

I think its his 3rd project..
He was in Inside Edge and also in Life Sahi Hai(he was a cutie in this one).. Luv Ranjan's web series which is similar to PKP muvis..
He was such a skinny boy in that.. I could have never imagined him in this role.. but indeed he surprised us..
And to think about it, he is just 25.. Ranveer is what? 33 maybe? But Ranveer looked like his small brother and he towered over him like an actual Sher.. Murad's big bro.. looking out for him..
I really liked their bond.. I wish he would have got more screen space in second half like u said.. But the muvi had so many characters and everyone needed to get closures..

He completely blew me away... and overshadowed Ranveer in many scenes...

What a find!

He was exceptional ... but then so was Vikrant Massey in Lootera and Gunj, and he is nowhere to be seen now.

And that Vijay Verma aka Moeen did wonders for me

Both him and Vijay Verma were amazing supporting characters! They in a way were the backbone of the film. Zoya did a great job building such complete arcs for them. I think this is one movie where I can see myself re-watching just for the supporting characters. Not that the leads weren't good, but rare are such movies in bollywood that supporting characters are so fleshed out and add so much to the story.
