After Kangana Ranaut, NTR star Balakrishna blasts Krissh

After the disastrous result of the first part of NTR biopic NTR: Kathanayakudu and a not so positive response to NTR: Mahanayakudu trailer, Nandamuri Balakrishna is reportedly angry with director Krish

It looks like things are not going great for filmmaker Krish. Earlier this year, the first part of NTR biopic titled NTR: Kathanayakudu opened to disastrous response at the box office. The movie was not only panned by film critics but also received a lot of flak from the audience. Later, he got embroiled in a controversy with Kangana Ranaut when he accused her of hijacking his directorial Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. In fact, when the film released, Kangana Ranaut's name appeared first in the credit and Krish's second that not his screen name but his full name. In retaliation, Kangana Ranaut blasted him, accusing him of leaving the film before the completion.

A couple of days back, the trailer of the second part of the NTR biopic titled NTR: Mahanayakudu released and the writing was on the wall. The trailer received a lukewarm response from critics and fans. And now according to a report in Great Andhra, the producer as well as the lead star of NTR biopic Nandamuri Balakrishna is quite angry with Krish and blasted him. The reports state that the biopic was supposed to release as one movie, it was Krish's idea to release the film in two parts which backfired big time.

In fact, the decision to release the movies in two parts was a last minute one and by then the looks and visuals of second part two were out in public domain. The report further states that Nandamuri Balakrishna was not in favour of releasing the new trailer of the second part but Krish insisted and it wasn't received well.

All of this left Nandamuri Balakrishna fuming and he, reportedly, lashed out at the filmmaker.

NTR: Mahanayakudu is slated for a February 22 release.
