The morning old episodes are also Popatlal wedding tracs... Bulbul wale..

They know only this track ( popatlal wedding) tracks gives them high trps...and then they can fool us well..

70 year old wanting to marry Popatlal is very realistic.

He had not written his age or his age requirements in a bride on the kite, so if a 70 year old sends her rishta to him , it is realistic.

Coming down to unable to find one girl for him even after so many attempts well that is also realistic . Popatlal was already middle aged and according to the show, he is the eldest in all the male men when he was looking for a girl.

So getting a girl at the age of 50 is not easy.

But I do agree on the part that the characters have not grown in this serial.

Everybody is in the same phase .

But then why do they need to change when the age old formula is still working and giving them good TRP's.

It is in TOP 10 telly serial even after being on air for so long , so what is the need to experiment which may or may not fail.

As and when they would feel that they need to get a new character or get a change in The serial they would do it.

Till then enjoy the show.

If a 70 year old woman wanting to marry Popatlal is a realistic situation, why should not a 50 year old get a woman that too in a city like Mumbai ?

Also, Popatlal has not been rejected on the basis of age yet and he is not necessarily the eldest of all. He is just one of them.
