Alia's latest response on Kangana's accusations

War of words between Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Kangana Ranaut is heating up. Recently, Kangana Ranaut, who had hit out on Bollywood celebs like Alia Bhatt for not supporting her movie, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, compelled Alia to give her reaction to the accusation. Alia however had said that she hadn't been following the controversy so has no take on Kangana's comments. She also hoped that Kangana doesn't hold it against her.

However, Kangana, upon learning about this update, attacked the Gully Boy actress asking her to grow a spine and support a film about women empowerment and nationalism. She went on say that she doesn't consider Alia Bhatt successful as the Gully Boy actress is all about making the big bucks. She even said that Alia's existence is all about being Karan Johar's puppet.

Now, Alia has reacted to Kangana's accusations. In an interview with DNA, Alia insisted that she would react to Kangana's comments with the Manikarnika actress in person and not in the media. While she continues to admire the Tanu Weds Manu star, for her work, choice of films and her outspokenness, Alia revealed that she didn't deserve such harsh comments made by Kangana.



"I would like to react to her personally if she has any complaints. I don't want to talk about it in the media. As I have said before, I really admire her as an actor and the choices that she makes. She's a very outspoken person and I admire her for that as well. If I have upset her unintentionally, then I don't know. Basically, it wasn't my intention. I didn't do anything to get a reaction like this," Alia Bhatt said.
