He was so good in Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai. I hated that the heroine chose to go with Uday Chopra. 😡

Coming back to the topic he chose horrible films after that Supari and what not and once he started doing supporting roles that was like the final nail in the coffin.

Jimmy Shergil was never even a star. Plus he doesn't have the personality, looks or anything to be the leading actor.

He's good in supporting roles only, not hero material.

I think he is doing well for himself in Punjab as a Producer. He never really made it to the mainstream to "fade away".

He said in one interview that he didn't want to be the chocolate boy that he got typecast as after his first few movies. So, he went on to do more offbeat movies instead. I don't think he faded. I think he just made a different place for himself.
