Yes, All I'm saying is that they are married according to vedas and shashtras but not legally in front of the law. Practically the law does not consider their marriage to be legal.
The law considers Vish married to Yuvi not Vikrant. So maybe even Yuvi also signed divorce papers and they are not married anymore.
