No,I don't know this Mahir at all.

Firstly,how did Mahir permit Vish to sleep in his room? She is still his brother's wife atleast according to his knowledge.How shamelessly he told Vish to come to his room he is feeling restless.How did his own values permit him to do that?

Memory can be erased but feelings cannot.He never had any girlfriend.The one girl he loved that his only his wife,Bela.Just because Vish claimed he used to live her,he is father of her child.He cannot directly accept that.Makers showed he was confused how he can do that but his mother told him he accepted that was great.He have no faith on himself.Makers showed have shown how his heart is stopping him to accept what Vish is saying.If he couldn't decide atleast makers should have shown us he trying to remember or to confront Vish.Just some logical questions couldn't cover up what blunder makers did with the character of Mahir.I felt disgusted when I saw Vish in his room.They might have slept on bed.Atleast Vish has some morals she told him to sleep in guest room but he lost it totally!!

Don't tell me it's plan and all.It's utter nonsense.Sehgals are known to be shameless but Mahir to whom we knew was never like that.

If Bela was so wrong why did she keep on trying to make him remember.Did he ask himself? Ek din nai hua apne behen k pati mare hue and he is all ready to marry Vish.Ye nai ki hume aisa dikhate ki he need time to think to understand as he don't remember he couldn't decide.But no that's not the case.With each scene of him the chances of his any plan were getting vanished.I kept on hoping at the last moment but nothing happened.

He could see na how Bela is trying to make him remember agar wo galat hogi uski yad dilane q jaati.He is getting blur flashbacks he should atleast understand something is there.He couldn't hate Bela but how his heart permitted him to make him agree for marriage to sit on mandap.His heart should have make him himself feel something is going wrong.There should have such a scene when everyone is against Bela but still his heart couldn't accept she is wrong.He should have drawn towards her chahe koi kuch bhi bole.

He was recalling the moments with bela which happened after memory loss that haweli scene then bela showing things to make him remember and latest yesterday's scene.But it couldn't save how wrongly things were executed memory loss track.

It is all Bela's responsibility to stop this marriage.Because Mr.Mahir Sehgal had lost the ability to think.He has become a emotionless blank person who have no feelings for Bela.With his memory loss whatever feelings he had was removed from his heart.

They ruined soulmate theory but they can restore it easily by showing Sumi cast a spell on Mahir's heart. This really needs as they built up soulmate theory slowly strongly since start, they just cant ruin it for new year celebration.
